  1. Hi Gillian... I too have si-joint problems. I thought it would go away eventually but it just got progressively worse. I finally convinced my doctor to write me a referral to a physical therapist... and hun.. you should to! It saved me from a lot of misery!!! I was started on 2 day a week treatments... they did electro therapy and heat ot help your back...

  3. I would highly recommend that you see an allergist.... Many people with food allergies are also intolerant to corn. I am one of those people. It took me a long time to realize that I had to live without it.
