  1. i also know that Polly-O ricotta is gluten free... does anyone know if Axelrod Ricotta is gluten free? i have searched the web and cant seem to find any info on it.. i bought it at whole foods but am scared to eat it! anyone?
  2. hi everyone.. i'm confused. i thought all gin was off limits???? doesnt it come from gluten-containing grains? also, anyone know of what cider brands are OFF LIMITS? i know woodchuck and cider jack are okay.. and im pretty sure Magner's is also gluten-free. i'm just worried of the ones which will hurt us... thanks!!!
  3. so is Dannon yogurt not safe for us??? i have been getting sick lately and can't for the life of me figure out why. i eat dannon mixed berry or blueberry yogurt for breakfast sometimes.. maybe that's it? i thought yogurt was okay??!! please help...
  4. Hi there..regarding the comment about oyster sauce.. so do you find asking if sauces or dishes have "wheat" in them suffices when at restaurants? im never 100% confidant since i always read that "wheat free" doesnt necessarily mean "gluten free".. any thoughts?
