Hi Kd_ I have had this exact symptom for 5 years. I have Histamine Intolerance and would really urge you to look into it as it has caused many chronic symptoms for me (lethargy, brain fog, dermatitis on right hand, anxiety etc). I made an account just to send you this comment Good Luck Sarah
