I know it's an old threat but I have the same pain, right under my breastbone, like someone is twisting something with rusted pliers 😕 it occured to me twice ( going through one right now ) and it seems to be when I accidentally ate gluten. From what I've read it could be gallstones as well? Dis your pain ever got away?
