I'm sorry to say that I don't know of a good neurologist. However, I'm from Pittsburgh as well and I'm not sure if you know this or not, but there's a great support group in the area. I attended a Celiac disease conference last October and there was a dietician there named Mark Dinga who actually has Celiac disease! I haven't actually met with him myself, but I can certainly imagine that he would be knowledgeable about...
