    I need a suppliment. I can't keep anything in me for so long. Can I take Ensure or is there a suppliment that will not cause problems?

    My doctor doesn't come back until tomorrow. What kind of soup do you use? Did you have D constanly? My stomach goes inward. Its concaved! My legs are like sticks. I have had very loose stool for 2 months and now it is all water. I am scared.

    Have not kept any food in me for 5 days. All comes out in diahrrea undigested. I have been avoiding gluten for 2 weeks and in the past 2 days have gone to eating only boiled beef, boiled chicken, and mushy cooked carrots to reduce the lectins. Cannot keep it in. Down to 102lbs. Very weak. No longer having stomach pain or back pain. Been to ER x 3 in...

    I am still trying to find a replacement for my vitamins. So far no luck. I think Pioneer makes a new formula in their 1+ vitamins that are gluten free. The old formula has buckwheat. You can find them at www.pioneernutrictionals. com. I haven't tried them yet. They only have the old formula at the store in my area. - Anne

    I discovered my vitamins have Barley grass in them. Does anyone know of a good quality vitamin that is gluten, soy, milk, egg, corn, free, and no colors, solvents, flavors, perservatves or binders? I posted yesterday but couldn't find my post. I'm new and will make sure I stay on line for my answer this time. Sorry and thanks. - Anne

    My Vitamins contain Barley Grass. Is this a big no no? It also contains Spirulina and Chlorella as well as barley grass all listed under "Green Foods".

    Does the dizziness go away if I stay on a strict gluten free diet? I know what you mean about driving. I hope I can make it to the doctor's appointment tomorrow.

    Hi and thanks to everyone for responding. I am not anemic and all my other blood work is normal. I have an allergy MD who says all all my symptoms are from mold, but when I stopped gluten my stomach stopped hurting. Does anyone else have dizziness from gluten sensitivity?

    Are these symptoms? My CBC blood work has been showing below normal lymphocytes, red blood cells, and platelets. All other blood work is normal. I also have dizziness and profound weakness. The nausea and loose bowels has improved since I stopped gluten one week ago. I seem to be frequently hungry but I have to force myself to eat. All these symptoms...
