  1. glutenfreeda.com has a recipe for corn dogs in their online cooking class section. It has pictures to show you step by step how to do it. I haven't tried it yet, but printed it off and will do it soon. It even gives instructions for freezing them and reheating in oven.
  2. I can't help you trouble shoot the bread making as I have the same problems. I was wondering if your son has tried Kinnicknick Frozen Sandwich bread. I have a 3 yr old also and he really likes that. I toast it until it is the right texture. I don't know if that helps, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

  8. Can you make this mix in a bread machine? I called the company and they said they don't reccommend it, but that some people have done it by adding water to the mix.   11. This thread is perfect for me too as I just made yellow cupcakes for this weekend for a birthday party we were going to. I used Annalise Robert's recipe. It tasted good, but was very crumbly. We couldn't even put frosting on them. Any ideas why this could be? Nikki
  12. I made this bread this week in my Zoji x20. It was just as great as people say. We love the texture. But it either didn't rise as much as I thought it should or it fell. I set the rise at 55 minutes as someone suggested and I used milk. Should I increase the rise time? Any suggestions?
