    Nope I dont find it coconutty at all there are some recipes at www.simplycoconut.com I made the chocolate cake recipe for my birthday and it was a hit ...so yummy, muffins, pie crust meatloaf name it! I have the cookbook and I'd love to type all the recipes for everyone but dont know if it is legal!

    Hi I have the same issues. I have gained a total of 6 lbs but it comes and it goes depending on being glutened or not! I have hair loss also and trying to figure out if it is due to a lack of vitamine that is still not being absorbed. Are you feeling better?

    Hi Everyone, This past week I have had pain in my neck, mostly inside it feels like I have a lump when I swallow and sometimes the bottom of my neck is very painful. I cant determine if this is problems with my thyroid because lot of the symptoms are the same as Celiac. I was just diagnosed in November 06 and still feeling pretty crappy. Any advise...

    Hi I am also from Canada, Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario, but currently living in Kincardine. I am also still a teenager if you add 16 + 16.     I too felt the same way, I also had panic attacks and anxiety. I went to see a naturopath and he put me on about 8different vitamins. I noticed the difference within a week. Even though I've been glutened now, I don't get that depressed/brain fog/anxiety feelings anymore.

    I too feel the same way as you do. I have felt good for 2 days now but am afraid to do anything to "jinx" it. Just know you are not alone.... I can't wait for the old me to be back, but I do know Iwill have to work hard at it. Wishing you all the strength and courage. Melanie

    My husband had opted to join me in the Gluten Free world with my two sons, but my dietician told me that the kids would not get the proper nutrition....After reading this, I think I was mislead. Hmmm I hope he will reconsider..

    Same thing I have 27 out of the 38 but these symptoms are common in a lot of things so I'm not sure what to think.. Exposed but not infected kinda makes me wonder.     I have read contradicting information regarding, Vinegar, Vanilla Extract, Natural Flavours and Food Coloring. Are any of these safe? After being diagnosed with Celiac I saw a dietician and the only information she could give me was Celiac.com. Are there any other sites with legit information??     I have just been diagnosed about 3 weeks ago, and have had about 2 periods a year ever since I began them at 16. I am now 32.
