    I had some Wendy's the other day after reading this thread. The frosty was good, the baked potato was . . . well, a baked potato. The chili . . . it was good, but I don't think I'll ever eat it again. I didn't get any gluten from that whole experience but I just felt gross because it was fast food.   2. You can also get gluten free fried rice at PF Chang's even though it's not on the menu (I'm a server at Chang's). Just tell your server you want your fried rice made with the gluten free sauce, if they give you any grief (which they shouldn't unless they're just incredibly bad at their job) then ask to see the manager.
  3. I'm from Denver even though I live on the east coast now but I'm going back to visit family for the holidays, definitely going to have to hit these places up and see what all the fuss is about.
  4. I ate at the Cheesecake Factory today and I had mild issues. I'm not extremely sensitive to gluten insofar as it doesn't always manifest itself, but I can tell if I've been "glutened" more often than not. If it happens badly, I know it for certain. When it happens mildly, I can usually tell with the minor symptoms. With that said, I experienced mild symptoms...
  5. I work at PF Chang's and the gluten-free menu is top notch. They can also do gluten free fried rice. Chang's is a little pricey, but it's some of the best gluten-free dining available in my opinion. I eat there after my shifts often.
