  1. Thank you! Even though I have not noticed damage I have quit using Pam baking spray and am using other safer cooking sprays. I'm going to pay much better attention to what I cook with from now on.
  2. Thank you for answering! Yes, Pam baking spray does contain wheat, but I was wondering if it contained enough gluten to trigger celiac symptoms. Eating a gluten bread crumb has gotten me sick before. Yet I have used Pam baking spray several times and not gotten a reaction from it.
  3. Hello! I was diagnosed with Celiac disease on July of last year. Since then I have been trying to avoid contact with any gluten, though there has been a few slipups. Recently I have been in a baking mood, and use Pam sprays often on my pans. It came to my attention that Pam's baking spray contains flour in it. I'm surprised at my stupidity for not reading...
