I'm 16 and was diagnosed when I was 2 years old so I don't even remember what wheat foods taste like. My advice: 1. DO NOT say you have Celiac disease unless you're talking to a doctor or a very close friend who's not going to shun you because you say the word "disease". Say that you're allergic to wheat. 2.
