I recently bought the NOW brand of prenatal caps but have a concern with the amount of Vitamin A per serving size. The serving size is 4 capsules and the Vitamin A content is 10,000 IU. I recently read that this is in the "danger zone" of Vitamin A and can cause miscarriages and birth defects. They recommend no more than 2,500 IU of Vitamin A per day. Does...
