    Yeah Rachel your right. it wasn't the citric acid but getting his teeth out he started getting better. It makes sence now. I also just wondering if there is in fact citric acid in citrate and that's what causes me reactions or it's just a powerful laxative.

    Thanks guys for all your positive comments. Yeah Rachel I do get a head thing from the magnesium citrate, more sensitive to lights and noise and head pressure. I feel that it can be a detox agent of some sort too? I don't know but the whey protein does this to me as well. Charcoal doesn't. I hope the prunes and apple juice help out too. I hope I can...
