    Oh yeah, we use to do that to the cheeze when I use to work at IN N OUT burger. We would scrap the grill that had leftover cheese and eat it. In N OUT cheese is the bomb. We also would throw the buns in the fryer and fry them and then put sugar on them.

    jin Yeah I think your right. There was a lot of little fats pieces of cartilage in the meat that was causing me problems I believe.     Hey Does anyone have trouble with ground meats like turykey or beef or chicken. I notice I was eating my ground turkey meat that I cooked in a frying pan, no oil just water. Then My guts started to pop and bubble. Is that an intolerance? Is this why I am still losing weight?

    Rachel, There is no other ingredients listed. It is from Natural Calm. All it says is Magnesium 615 mg (elemental from magnesium citrate) That's all it says. I also bought some compound minerals and got home then read other ingredients. Citric Acid is one of them. Now I have to take all this stuff back again!     Oh my God, the pain. They say to take a half teaspoon and I took a tablespoon. Hope I live through this it hurts so bad, and going every 3 minutes. HELP
