    I was just wondering how to keep calorie intake and weight on with so many restrictions? I need a 2,000 calorie diet and I am only eating about 700 to 900 calories a day.     rachel, That's so crazy because today my mom was eating kettle popcorn and It gave me a stomach ache and I felt nauseous and wanted to vomit. THis is the first time it has happened to me. Do you believe Rachel that we now can have celiac disease due to this candida and heavy metal toxicity?

    That is so crazy! my tears burn my face too! I thought it was just my imagination. They also make small indentions where the tears roll down like a wrinkle. And there's red streaks on my face. I can't wear eye makeup no more because it burns my eyes. Does anyone have hair loss and dull brittle hair as well and missed periods?

    I use to work at in n out for 5 years. You do need to be careful on the protein burger as well. When working the board the same person touches the same burger buns all day and then touches the lettuce wrap. Same as the cook, touching the buns and the meat.     Hi on the internet they have a supplement called earths promise. They say that they are gluten free. But the ingredients list barley grass, oat grass, and wheat grass. I thought that grass was bad as well. They say it's not because it hasn't formed the head grain yet? confused. Would this be true or are they mistaken?
