tbh i dont wear lippie that often (vasaline gloss and that i know is gluten-free!)..but yeah, the guidelines say that it cant be an issue anyway. I use dove though and the rest of my body prodicts are ok, save the makeup which im having real truble getting answers on! Amen to that! i was amazed when i started at HOW MUCH ruubish there is.. sweet and ckaes n buscuits and all sorts f gluten-free foods.. and so little 'good' n healthy replacements - and the ingrediants losts on those things terrified me!! Since going gluten-free and DF ive lost over a stone without even thinking (or trying!) and now im trying .. well.. lets... -

personally i have found that ive had to totally give up my coffee (which was a bind to start with!) i dont think it was to do with gluten itself, but just that my system (now ist all working) just couldnt handle the stuff... and then i was getting sysmptoms that were like being gluten'd... coffee is a natural laxative as well, so i just figured it was all... -

see debs, the problem is that im my own boss.. so i deciide what i want to eat and am tired of people telling me i cant.. so i eat it.. and equally when the majority of yah day is spent really trying to not eat the contents of your medicine cabinet the lower evil of glutne to bring pain seems a good choice. thanks for all the replies. i appreciate that its 'my fault' and my choice to eat the food stuffs, but its kinda hard to fight the years of self harm and hate that has me deliberatly reaching for food that makes me ill, so that i will be in pain and ill, because at least then im feeling somethign. this is somethng i am working on, but will take tiem.... -
