Oh man, I was wondering the same thing! I've had a sugar obsession as of late and all my favorite candies have been making me miserable every time: swedish fish, sour patch, gummy worms, all of it. I got to thinking sugar was gluteny too... That Candida business is scaring me. I can't tell if I'm a hypochondriac or if I've really got multiple issues... -
