I've had a bread machine for years and I miss making breads with it. I did find a homemade gluten free bread recipe I could bake in the oven. However, I miss making challahs and pizza crusts and other breads. I always had a Panasonic bread machine. I think it could be made with gluten free oat flour which could be bought as a flour or ground from gluten free oats using a nut or spice grinder or high powder mixer like a Vitamix. I've seen some recipes out there for homemade matzo. The trick is going to be finding a good one that tastes good and is easy to make. -
I've been wanting a decent pizza since I switched to gluten free. I have a recipe I like that can substitute for the pizza crust, but it requires matzo.
