This is great to hear. I have been mostly gluten free for a month now (had some CC issues a few times recently) and am not really feeling better yet. It could be bc of the CC or just that I need more time, either way I am really looking forward to feeling normal (whatever normal feels like)! I had the same problem with my dietitian when I met with her. She told me to take it slow and not jump into it, to just make sure that I stay away from gluten for the most part but if I had a little it is no big deal. This really bothered me for the simple fact that, if gluten is what is damaging my intestines and making me this ill then it IS a big deal...

Thanks Fiddle-Faddle! I have been dairy free for a month now as well but I'm not liking it too much. I love dairy. I just went online to the Dept. of Labor website and it says that if the employer doubts the validity of my condition then they have the right to request a second opinion by a physician of their choice at their expense. I bought a box of fruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles, I ate the whole box of cocoa pebbles and was fine but when I ate the fruity pebbles I got sick. The box looked safe as far as the ingredients list. -
