    OK, So I now know that I can not have butter it started bothering me from the dairy. So, what can you use insted? I can't believe its not butter? or what can you use that is good for you? Also I miss my cheese and milk what can I use for that? I use to be a HUGE dairy eater and miss it so much. Can you help?

    Thank you very much. We have a Panera Bread being built right now and I use to have to drive 30 min's or so and it was worth it but, now that I have celiac I thought I would have to give up that yummy place Thank God I don't.

    WOW! Noodles and Company have gluten-free stuff? It doesn't show you that on the menu. I would love to be able to go there. Also does anyone know if Panara Bread has anything gluten-free?

    Dear NoGluGirl, I had my gall bladder out in Jan of this year they thought they had taken care of my pain but, when I still had it thats when I was tested for celiac.     For dinner tonight I cut out corn and rice and I already do not feel right. I do not belive that is my problem. I'm still waiting for the doctor to call me back grrrr All day I have had to lay down in bed because I feel so bad.     I have so many issues with food. I can't eat fish or pork. I don't do very good after eating a handful of fruit lots of veggies are limited. I'm so tired of chicken and the same food everyday. I love noddles but they are pricey. This is why maybe I am better of not eating.
