    in the lotion that i use it state's that it has vit.E but in the ingriedients it does not say wheat it say's tocopheryl acetate i called palmers and they said they do not test for gluten and gave a list of products that may contain gluten..also some of my make up has vit e, and are vit e supplements ok?

    vvvvulgar was not in any of these products nor was any of the other ingriedients that i wrote down..i was just wondering is there any other hidden technical wording that i would not recogize..the paul mitchel does not say it has a ny wheat in the product that i bought but i will call them. Every company i have called including dove says they don't put it...

    Yes, i noticed that some of there products do have wheat,b ut some of them did not. like the curl enhancer that i bought didn't have anything that i noticed to be wheat..thats why iwas just asking to see if there were any other names for gluten derived ingriedients that i didn't know about..

    i just bought some hair products...and wanted to know if the ingriedients does not say Hordewn Vulgare oryza sativa (rice) is this ok? aven sativa oat kernel flour Delphi maltodextrine or any word with wheat.. Also is Vit E ok? and soy? in hair and beauty products this is hard to avoid... also i bought some chanel lip gloss it did not...

    i'm having a hard time finding anything that is good for curly hair? yes, i did go to the curly girl website, everything seems to contaimn wheat...My salon only cuts curly hair and there products have wheat in it also which i use and love, but i can not find anything else..My hair has become dry(was never before) and the texture has completely changed not...

    thanks everyone for getting back..does anyone know the hidden ingriedients that could be wheat,oat or barely? in hair and make up...i heard neutrogena was good,but when i emailed them they didn't have a list..also my hair is falling out, tons of grey, and the textured changed..i'm trying my best here..i use aquaphor, and cetaphil and pampers baby whipes...

    i was wondering if anyone could give me info about hair products also styleing products..i have awful hair at the moment and i can not just use anything(curly) i need a very good condition and hair products..I do spend a great deal of money on my beauty products, but i'm having trouble finding ones that are gluten free for curly, this dry hair..     I have called many of the manufactors of the products that i use and use for work, they all said they do nit use Gluten in there products, but can't gurantee no cross contamination..Has anyone here used these products with out side effects? I don't seem to have a skin reaction. When i go out to eat or at other peoples houses i use there dishes ect....how...

I would like to know how manu of you have been diagnosed with Gluten Intolerance through a Saliva test or self diagnosed? Also who have Thyroid anti bodies and adrenal stress? Thats what i have? And if so what are you doing to eliminate these problems...

    I was just reading your post and i'm 34 and was told through a saliva test that i was GI..i wasn't sure to believe it or not, i mean i get joint pain,headaches,Gas, and a lot of it, bloating, i had the mouth ulcers, but the last time was feb-march of 2006 haven't had them since, i get light headed, dizzy, but i really haven't gained weight i actually lost...

    thanks for all your information...i'm not sure if we have a wegmans i live in nyc...It's going to be hard going on vacation...why is my Dr. saying that i can't ear dairy and sugar i'm very confussed? Should i go off that also so in the products any type of wheat?protain ect...any type of vit. E? my hair products contain wheat protien so i guess thats...

    i read that the gluten intolerance is only if taken internal? i feel like i have to live in a bubble. how can i go away and stay in a hotel not knowing the laundry detergent they use or hug someone? this seems a bit much i never recall feeling sick or anything from kissing, or hugging someone? And on make up and hair products what ingriedient am i looking...

    My hairloss is a difussed hairloss, i have been told that it was TE, female hairloss, stress and put on all sorts of vit. and meds for female hairloss. Since i'm adopted i dont know my back round, but i'm greek and did have a ton of hair. does it matter if the hairloss is difussed or patchy?

    About the mouth ulcers i'm not sure if this relates but almost everytime i did get them it was after i drank alcohole(wine). most the time i'm not much of a hard alcohole drinker inless it's a mixed drink. are you allowed to have wine?

    thanks everyone for responding this is all new. Ineed to start this diet and go shopping question can i have sugar? Dairy? equal? coffee? i undertand the gluten part, but wasn't clear about the sugar or dairy..and is ezekial (hope spelled right)bread gluten free? all the advice i can get would help...also i was diagnosed through a saliva test is this accurate...

    i was just told that i had gluten intolerance!!! i also have thyroid anti bodies, but my free T3 and T4 are ok and so is my tsh. for the last 1 1/2yrs. i i have been looseing hair i have probally lost 70% and it had turned considerbly grey, dry brittle, and texture change. MY hair use to be very long tight curls and thick now it looks dead!!!! I want this...
