The Paleo Approach by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne is indeed a good book. It helped me a lot and provided a lot of useful information some time ago. -

Hello! In two weeks I'm going to Barcelona for 1,5 weeks for the first time, and I'm slightly worried. I know there will be some gluten-free products in supermarkets, but I won't be able to cook every day. Maybe someone has already been there and can recommend some good places to eat, I'd appreciate any recommendations!

I actually started taking it last month, and it's a good one. I've never had any reactions after taking it
