    Could you tell me how to do the iodine patch test? I found where you use a 30% iodine solution, but can you put it on a bandage? How long does it have to be on the skin? Thanks.

    Hi, I usually have it during the night. I used to think it was pre-menopause! Now I believe it was the gluten, as it has virtually gone away except when I may have had gluten. I just wondered if others had the same experience. Stay well.

    Well I see that Certo and SureJel are made by Kraft so that will make it easier to just read the box.

    Are there any jam and jelly makers here? I make several batches every year. Does anyone know if the pectin products are gluten free? Like Certo, Ball, I think Kerr makes one too. I had a bad day (CC) last week, and wondered if this was the cause.
