  1. I am sure it wasn't the milk, as we get it straight from the bulk tank at the farm. However, it seems as though my glutened memory has failed me, again. I did have Kettle Chips Krinkle Cut a few times earlier in the week as well. Perhaps they are the culprit. They seem more likely to me than the cereal.

  3. I have a copy of a recipe here that mentions that anyone sensitive to gluten should cut out the gills prior to consumption. The reason is not that anyone is saying that mushrooms naturally have gluten, but the gills are sticky and the possibility of them having gluten stuck to them is a possibility if you do not know for sure what medium they were grown...

  11. I am extremely sensitive as well. I have made the difficult decision that I will not purchase anything that is produced in a facility containing gluten. I figure that is the only way to drastically reduce the chances of cross contamination. It is very frustrating. The more whole foods the better I guess.
