  1. I've found that I was allergic to milk (I think it's the whey in milk more than the lactose), corn and gluten. I first eliminated gluten but didn't start to feel completely better until I eliminated the other two things. The trouble for me is that corn is in almost everything and I have just gotten over being sick after consiming food I did not know contained...

I'm just discovering that I'm gluten intolerance and yesterday I made some corn tortillas out of whole corn (ingredients: corn, salt, lime) and I seem to be swollen today (edema is the major side effect/reaction I get when I've been glutened). I'm not sure if it's just corn in the more pure forms which I cannot handle or if it's corn additives, i.e. corn...
