    Don't throw out your new cookbook . . . you definitely can salvage most of those recipes. Most people find a blend that they like to work with . . . I like Annalise Roberts' with fine ground brown rice flour/tapioca flour/potato starch. You'll see quite a few opinions on this website. I recommend trying one at a time and just use a process of elimination...

    If you think you'll be more productive . . . you should sell it that way. Do a lot of people stop by your desk and interupt? Perhaps ask if you can do this as a trial for 3 months or so to determine if it works for both of you. Might I recommend a crockpot . . . I've made some great soups in a crockpot and I wasn't even there

    I had a tabbee . . . she only loved me :smugface: . . . tolerated a few others . . . insisted on being an outside cat (by repeatedly peeing on the kitchen counter) but would never stray farther than the neighbors yard and would come back to the garage every night . . . would only come when I called her :smugface2:
