I don't have the night sweating part particularly, but I have had odd bouts of sweating during the day before. Last time I got glutened, I was at a clinical rotation. Ah. I have that to some degree as well. Didn't realize it was affecting me SO much until I went gluten-free. When I get glutened, usually unknowingly, the same things happen.
