    Hi I am trying to find out if karo light corn syrup is gluten free. I have the ingrediants its light corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup , salt, and vanilla I am just concernd about the vanilla does any body know? Thanks! Hanna

    I would just like to point out that skiing is definitaly not like skating. I would know I am a skier in utah at Alta which is the best place in the world. one of my friends is in ski magazines he can do insane stuff that noone would ever try. and also living in utah there is alot of mormons and I dont think they do the tour thing so thats cool they go on...

    I bring something that is like ten times better thats gluten free and then tease them right back... Like this cake I found my friends like better than normal cake and then they feel my pain. My friends do the same thing though I think everyone does. My family especially my birthday present from my cousin was a big fluffy loaf of white bread and my uncle drew...

    I had an endoscopy and i have some lactase I am at like 10 and normal is 25. two questions... 1. How low is the level of lactase in me 2. How high was your celiac level when you were diagnosed like whats like a super celiac I think my numbers were well in the hundreds.

    I make a big bucket of gluten free flour mix, then I stick it in the freezer until I need it. It doesnt seem to affect the flour! and I am new, too! well actually I lost my password and my email so this is kinda my first time!

    I have had celiac for about a year, and just got diagnosed with lactose intolerance. Is it true that cheese with no sugar in it is lactose free, since lactose is a sugar? and can we have sharp cheddar. I know nothing...
