  1. Hi, I also gained weight after I stopped eating gluten (119lbs to 150lbs, yikes). I think we may have the side-effect of gluten intolerance where your body blocks out nutrients when you eat gluten. So, if you are eating gluten, you're thin, and you gain weight when you don't. (Which you're supposed to do). Please eat gluten free, don't starve yourself. ...
