I too have experienced many of these symptoms. I have been gluten free for two years now. It was so bad before I went gluten free that I was having accidents daily with little to know warning. I found out two years ago that I had a severe gluten allergy. I had chronic diarrhea that kept getting worse. My doctors kept telling me it was IBS. It became unmanageable to the point I was having "accidents" everyday without warning. I was terrified to leave home. Since I became gluten free my life has not been the same.
