There is a nasal wash called Xlear. It is made from Xylitol which is a sugar with antibacterial properties. It basically keeps stuff from sticking in you nasal passages. You might try it. I actually haven't called to see if it is gluten-free but there is nothing in it that I see as a problem. (Purified water, Xylitol, Saline and Grapefruit Seed Extract) There... -

One more note...if you have the gene, but don't have celiac disease, gluten could trigger celiac disease at some point in your life. I found out about my gluten sensitivity because I developed symptoms of Hashimoto's. I am sure the gluten in my diet triggered the Hashimoto's because since going gluten-free my symptoms for Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism have gone... -

For the above posts talking about Dr. Fine. This is what is says on Enterolab website about Genetic Testing. He does not say that you have celiac disease if you have the gene. But Gluten Sensitivity is stil possible...Read the highlighted part. I have also read his lengthy essay on the subject and he does not state that you have celiac disease if you have... -

Hello all, brand new and wanted to find out if anyone has done what I am trying. Two months ago I started having symptoms of Hypothyroiditis, but didn't know it. (I.E.
