I know this post is pretty old but I thought if you are still checking it. I have been in Myrtle for a week now and I have hit my normal fast food joints like wendys, McDs and Taco Bell. Some places that I have tried and did not get sick were boondocks out past garden city but the food was not great and the service kinda sucked along with the 500 spiders...
