Dear Rinne, your post seems very interesting! Thank you for that! I'm 1 year and a half in a strict gluten-free diet ( Celiac Desease) but I still have some Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms (without having any positive tests in RA) and some redness on the part of my cheeks close to my ears and upper arms. Maybe, this diet will give me an answer... -
