My husband has celiac disease and I find myself reading a ton of labels. It can be tiring but he likes to try new things. I actually don't have a child yet (soon- I'm due in December), but my husband has celiac disease and packing his lunches can become just as much a challenge. He likes variety and it can be difficult with his lunches. Hello, I am 31 weeks pregnant and do not have celiac disease. However, my husband does and was diagnosed when he was little. I'm not clear on how we can test the baby to see if the baby has celiac when born. Anybody have any idea. The advice we got previously was to keep the child off gluten for 2 years and then do a blood test after 2 years. That seems...
