    Panera has gluten-free options and chipotle is all gluten free except for the tortillas but when those servers keep digging their hands thru all the ingredients to build a salad or a burrito bowl it gets me worried

    Cant remember the last time I had a burger with fries - went to Yeah Burger in Atlanta today and had an entire gluten-free meal which felt so satisfying. If anyone lives in atlanta or is planning to visit i highly recommend Yeah Burger on Howell Mill Rd Jason

    Had the most amazing meal at Chef Tony's in downtown Bethesda, MD - even had a chance to chat with Tony...he's a great guy and has some major skills. Try his scallops and filet mignon skewers...to die for !!!!!

    Thanks All- woke up feeling better but now im just afraid to eat. Don't think gluten is the culprit since this all started when I was eating at home for a few days & i usually dont react this way from gluten anyway. Also dont think its h pylori since i just had 2 GI tests and that organism was not identified. Guess I'll just ride this out and pray...

    I'm on a business trip in Baltimore and im on the 10th floor of my hotel staring out the window and thinking to myself that jumping is the only way to end the complete misery that I am in right now.     Dunno Sue - actually had to stop the HCL for a bit. I usually take at the beginning of the meal - been doing really well but something flared up on me so i dont want to exacerbate with acid.     No i drink spring water and SMART water (vapor distilled) - just use filtered tap for cooking

    Crohns is the one disease I never expected but is it possible i have it? My colonoscopy was negative and my endoscopy was as well. I did have duodenitis last year but the biopsy for that was negative.     Now I am convinced that I have non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. I read that it can be caused by bacterial overgrowth. my liver ALT was a bit high this time last year and interestingly enough it went down 10 points after completing a course of alinia, which probably helped w/ my bacterial overgrowth. all the more reason to address the overgrowth once and...

    doing the capsule endoscopy and am a bit concerned. had a negative endoscopy & colonoscopy last year but am freaking out that they will find something in my small intestine. i also read the capsule can lodge inside your body so im worried about that to. can anyone share their experience with this?
