I've braved the food at Cafe Rio, too. I had the chicken Tostada - it's pretty much the chicken salad with a corn tortilla - it's a little smaller, which suits me just fine. My B-12 deficiency is what finally led to my diagnosis. I was also iron anemic and Vitamin D deficient. I'd always been told I have IBS, but when I was also having all of these deficiencies, and feeling like I am 80 years old (I'm 39), I finally got tested. Two weeks gluten free, and I am still feeling the fatigue, but the stomach issues have disappeared...
