    Hey! I am not sure where you live but I live in Colorado and we have a Whole Foods Market and its great! They sell gluten free pizza crusts that are just great! It only take like 20 or so minutes to cook and they are the best! I almost prefer it to take out pizza or delivery because I can eat it without getting diarrhea and its cheaper!! I also drink from...

    I have been taking the Danactive stuff but just found out that it is not guranteed to be 100% gluten free so I quit taking it, in fact I was wondering why my stomach had been on the frits lately! Goodluck! Sean.

    I basically check everything I use! From soaps to food. Like it has been stated above it really depends on the person but I would take an extra minute to check everything you put in or around your mouth or on your hands and cook with. Goodluck! Sean.

    Hey! I too experience symptoms like that when I drink wine, or any alcoholic beverage for that matter.     I would say I get somewhat those same reactions. If I eat gluten on accident I too get Diarrhea withing an hour or so, but sometimes its not until awhile later, but I do in fact get canker(sp?) sores in my mouth on the inside of my bottom lip everytime I eat gluten. Most of the time when I get sick from gluten it is from eating out, it' so hard to not eat...

    My doctor wants me to do the gluten free thing for awhile to see if I feel anybetter. I have been doing some research about what to avoid and I think I got most of it.
