    i wouldnt think i was increasing the soy. no, i didnt make the sushi myself. i went to a very high-end fish restaurant. so you think the soy made me break out in hives?

    supposedly theres this amazing bakery (i believe its called Little Bites?) allll gluten/egg/etc. free! well my mom is taking me there today. anyone ever been there? anything good to get?

    i do not know whats going on with me! i was SO careful and ate so carefully yet when i got home i had small itchy bumps on the tops of the backs of my thighs and the fronts of them. i ate sushi (with NO sauce, no nothing on it) a few edamame vanilla and chocolate ice cream with peanut butter now what gives!!! why am i still breaking out in hives...

    i had some sort of reaction on thursday with hives all over my legs (i *think* i was glutened) and then by friday night i had TWO HUGE cystic pimples on my chin!!! i think theres definitely a correlation!

    THANK YOU BOTH those last suggestions were great. here's a typical day: breakfast - coffee. i know, i know. i go to the gym in the morning and go straight to work so dont really have 'time' to eat anything. most of the time, what i have been doing lately is eating some grapes after i workout to get a fruit in me, etc. i wish i could eat an apple...

    never had this before but am looking for something to eat for breakfast post-gym. never cooked or tasted it! any good recipes/recomendations on how to cook it? when i look for ideas it seems its a dinner thing. is it?

    i just basically polished off a packaged of kinnitoo's cookies (like oreos), and had a LOT of champagne, pizza and crap all weekend. i need to get back on track and have such an issue staying full and eating protein and fiber with this gluten and egg-free diet! any help?

    i have only gotten hives, bloating and stomach pain. my hives are crazy though - all over me from the waist down. even when i take laxatives, i still have an issue going to the bathroom once i think i have been glutened. could hives be a reaction from getting glutened? anyone else?

    i was on and off them for a few months then back on them from august - october. i have just started taking 2 probiotics a day. OH DO YOU THINK ALL THIS food allergy stuff can go away?!

    all of my allergies/hives/bloating started in August when my derm had me on Doxycycline for acne. some seem to think that its because of the antibiotics i took that have caused me to all of a sudden have the reactions i have been having to food. i just dont understand why 'all of a sudden' these past few months have been hell. help!!

    i develop a horrid rash of hives anywhere from the waist down when i eat something and i do not know what that something is! i went to an allergist who told me i WASNT allergic to wheat/gluten but WAS allergic to apples, bananas, melon and eggs and had a whole list of environmental stuff i was allergic to. my bloodwork from my regular doctor came back...

    how's the food for us gluten-free folk? this is the first time cruising gluten free and i am not happy about it, lol! i am going to miss johnny rockets onion rings! any suggestions for the boat or off the boat? going to st. marteen, st. thomas, aruba and curaco thanks so much!

    hello all weird/quick question about eating while on a cruise. the last time i cruised i ate everything in site and never 'had' this gluten/wheat sensitivity/possible celiac. LOL any ideas if they have gluten free foods? or special menus?

    when looking at the girlscout cookie menu, it seems as if they all have 'traces of wheat, dairy, etc.' are there ANY that are gluten free?

    i go to the gym every morning before work and would like some great breakfast ideas. however i am allergic to eggs! so nothing with eggs or gluten. i also go to work straight from the gym so i cant think of anything super-easy.
