Nordica Cottage Cheese is gluten free

Oops, sorry. I was researching more than one brand yesterday. The one we really like is Nordica, and it IS gluten free - good news!

In case anyone didn't know this, I contacted Saputo today, and found out that Neilson Cottage Cheese is NOT gluten free. Bummer...we really liked that one Tam

Try the Genestra line, available at health food stores. HTH!

My daughter is on a Grade 8 class trip to Quebec City, and must "fend for herself" at lunch times for the next few days. Has anyone eaten gluten free at any of the fast food places in the "Upper Town" area, or Canyon Ste Anne? Many thanks, Tam
