I've brewed my own beer before, but haven't tried a gluten-free recipe yet. My fiancee is a celiac and I'd like to try my own brew. My Fiancee tried the BRM gluten-free Oats and they bothered her, but she seems to be fairly sensitive and I'm not sure we've found all of her triggers yet. But I would be careful with oats in general.

Thanks! I'm going to have to check that out! We make pretty good pizza ourselves, but there's something about being able to stop for a slice that makes it that much better.
