  1. Hello All. I have been wheat, dairy, soy, corn free for a month. I feel soooo much better, but I am still extremely bloated (big belly/very sensitive even to touch). I know things take time, and the D & C have just ended, but I am still uncomfortable. Any advice is appreciated!! Thanks. Amy
  2. Hello All. Wanted to know if there is a company that makes gluten-free seasoning mixes/salts? I hear that some seasonings have hidden wheat in them. I am starting to think some of my spices may. Anyone know of a company that states gluten or wheat free? Any help is greatly appreciated. To good health, Amy
  3. Hi Ladies: I got my samples on Saturday. I love how this makeup is less powdery looking on the skin compared to BE!! Thanks for sharing!!! Mango, im kind of with you. 4. Shortly after I went gluten free, and started to incorporate more items with corn, I became intolerant to corn. As soon as it was removed from my diet, my D stopped! You may want to try it and see what happens--even if you try it for a week or two. I know it stinks, but your health is worth it! Good luck. A

They asked me to send them a photo, and that is what they came up with. I ordered a few lighter shades too just in case..... I also sampled the apple and email me blush, the mint concealor...

  8. Shortly after going wheat free, my doctor told me also i needed to avoid dairy, soy, and corn because they started to give me problems too. She explained that for many, other food intolerances become present after giving up wheat. Try giving it up for about a month and see how you feel. Good luck. Amy
