    I am new to this forum.. but I suggest you read Live Right for your Type and a new book just out The Genotype Diet. Both books are written by an ND who loves biochemistry. The intestine is the most important organ in the body. Your local library probably has them both.
  5. Hi all, I recently came to the conclusion that I am gluten intolerant. I have very minor issues.. my hair was falling out in small amounts but it was enought that over a few years it would be an issue, very tough skin on my feet, blepheritis which I believe is caused by a gluten intolerance. I also have the tell tale fingerprints with the white lines...
