Ya know I just worry about today and the things it will bring. Don't waste you energy on what may or may not happen. My grandmother has celiac and has never been gluten free or diagnosed. She is now 83, and has alsheimers.... are we really safe from anything???? Oh sweetie don't let this change you plans on having children this isn't a death sentence....

Hi, I do a lot of Pilate's and strength training. I typically don't run unless I am being chases I try and eat a hard boiled egg or yogurt when I get home. I wold like to get some new ideas too. happy working out! Wendy

I totally agree on having everyone in the family tested. I am s celiac and I had my three children tested for a base line and to just make sure for my peace of mind. My middle daughter who is 8 is positive. She was the one I was least concerned about. She is happy, healthy and no tummy symptoms at all..... Good luck, Wendy -

I am a celiac and my daughter just tested positive. What is the feeling on getting her scoped or just getting her on the diet. Do you need to be scoped to get the diagnosis of Celiac? thanks for you help. w

Hello, I am having my three children tested today. If they come back negative does that mean they will be negative for life? Or can they at some point with a trigger become a celiac? Any advice for me? thanks, wendy -

Me too. I had a very difficult pregnancy and birth with my third child... My Harry was totally worth every bit even celiac! My symptoms started while I was still in the hospital. I was very sick and looking back all that sounded good to eat was Gram crackers. I told my ob the next women who has terrible D after delivery and cant stop loosing weight don... -

I am hoping someone can give me some advice. First I have been gluten free since Feb 08. I have been very careful with my diet and cc. I had my endoscopy on Friday and things don't look good. Thank you for your thoughts. I did call the company and they are gluten-free. Thank goodness. I also have switched to Nature Made for a lot of things. I also buy Sam's club ones that say Gluten Free right on the label.. So much to think about that is why I am so thankful for all of you. I read almost all the new posts. I have really limited my eating out too. Its too scary. We work so hard to be carful with our diet and then you eat out and you lose controll of the food prep.
