Anything sugar free makes me sick. Malitol, Sorbitol give me extreme diarrhea and migraines and splenda gives me headaches. The only sweetener I can have is somersize sweetner in the states made from a bean and is all natural and great to bake with. all you folks who live in Surrey their is a wonderful gluten free bakery in Vancouver called Panno Rizo. They are fabulous and will send stuff out to Surrey if you order it. Just wondering if any celiacs here have tailbone and sacroilliac problems? I have had these for 7 years and since that time have had problems with gluten. -

I have struggled with my weight my whole life and am gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant. I have so much diarrhea and am overweight. Before going gluten free I constantly had diarrhea after eating. You would think that i would be underweight. Wierd ah? Anyways I have decided to follow my gluten free program strictly and do the weight watchers program...
