  1. We’ve always eaten out at certain restaurants. My husband died recently and someone ordered us gluten-free Pizza. It was so good, I’ve been ordering it about once a week. I guess it was too good. Now I’m eating strictly from home and keeping a food diary. Hopefully everything will go back to normal.
  2. I have been doing ok for several years so I haven’t been on your site. Today my Drs office called to let me know my levels came back high on the celiac panel (see attached). Because of Covid we haven’t been eating out a lot but I have ordered take out thru Uber from Jersey Mikes and pizza from NY PD. I also have been eating a lot of ice cream. So I’m not...

I forgot to call the cruise line ahead of time and worried about what I would eat. The first meal I had there I told them I needed a gluten free meal. The assistant maitre-D came over and personally ensured my meal was...

  8. Hello Before two weeks ago I had never heard of Celiac Disease. Now I think it has been my problem for years. I have a history of constipation (diagnosed as IBS), unexplained abdominal pains, insomnia, hypothyroid, gastric reflux (had surgery for that and the reflux came back), almost no menstrual cycle (sometimes 2x a year) and ongoing fatigue. In...
