I have been gluten free for 4 weeks and I am looking better, but not always feeling better. The dark cirlces under my eyes are getting better and I have more colour in my skin. I still suffer with bouts of diarhea and stomach cramps. I am very careful with the gluten so I am thinking there has to be something else. Corn perhaps? How long did it take to get... -

I never though of body lotion and shampoo and hand lotion. I am new to this and never gave them a thought. I was using aveeno! My hands often itch.
