  1. I am still new to this and am just curious about how big a deal and to what degree cross contamination plays in recovery? Do things cooked in a pot that once held gluten become a problem? Are things touched by spatulas that may have touched something with gluten something to worry about? What about things being fried in the same fryer? And to what degree...
  2. For me it's immediate stomach pain and nausea. If I have ingested something very clearly "gluten-ified" I will eventually start throwing up for a few days and then cannot eat properly for another week. Headaches always occur.
  3. I would like to really, really thank you for this post. I absolutely went through the same range of frustration and continue to but have been feeling like my frustration is unnecessary and something I'll just have to get over. It's really nice to have some one else voice the frustrations I have been experiencing. I have had the same experience with friends...
