I was surprised when I found this out as well - just remember though, that the skin absorbs everything into your system, as do your eyes. I found out that my favorite eye make up remover had wheat in it and after stopping use, felt an immediate difference. Your nail beds are also extremely porous and will also carry the gluten into the bloodstream potentially... -

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew the answer to this question? The research I've done does not tell me how panthenol has gluten, but some products have listed it as having gluten. I'd love for some clarity on it if anyone knows - or knows where I can go to find out. I have just recently started to look for gluten free make-up and beauty products...
