Yes, prices are totally out of control at the grocery store and gas station-- gas is $3.97 here in Lodi, California (near Sacramento)...disgusting...

Where do you live? I find lots of great foods at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods...I agree, we are very blessed to be in California!! One good thing about this expensive, somewhat crazy state is the great fruits and veggies!

You can call the companies-- Safeway and Trader Joe's have lists...M&M's, Resse's PB cups, all Lucerne Yogurts at Safeway...there's a lot of stuff in the "regular" grocery store. A lot of the Organic Foods are o.k., just read the label to make sure! Good luck, it does get easier!

Does anyone use a good skin care product/line that is Organic and gluten-free? I need some suggestions before I get new products; they are pricey, so I want to get something good...thanks for any responses!

I was diagnosed when I was 33, after I had my 2nd baby. Yes, I have been a little better since being on the diet, but I am also being treated for hypothyroidism, so we're not sure which is helping the most. It has really been good to "talk" to others dealing with some of the same issues.
