    DD did a sleep study years ago. Turns out she has restless leg. She never realized it cuz she didn't get the feelings they talked about in the commercials. Lack of sleep can affect so many other things. She was put on medication and it has helped tremendously. So now I've started my second month of torture physical therapy. My therapist said she has...

    Should be ok, however, I tried it once in a beverage and didn't care for it. I usually use splenda. My big issue is with things labeled sugar free, but contain stuph like cane juice. Awwww...poor Patti-kins YAY!!!!! Did you do a handspring, turn around twice whilst leaping in the air, and gracefully landing in the splits...

    Fascinating puke stories, everyone Physical therapy is ssssliiiightly more tolerable I'm getting ultrasound now, too, but can't really tell if it makes a difference. they also ice me down at the end to try to ease the pain. I think I deserve another massage Last Friday was hubby's and my anniversary......33 years!!!!
